Enter your weight every day on the Add Weight screen.
While adding new record you can as well make a quick note and make a photo of yourself.
This will help you better understand your progress in the future.
Get a clear picture of your progress on the Chart screen. Choose period at the top bar.
Switch between morning and evening mode right on the same screen. Tap on the pin to view
weight info on this day.
Go to Photo screen to enjoy your weight tracking photo gallery. itʼs a very helpful
screen if you want to see the visual progress.
Customize the app:
To get started go to More screen and set your target weight and date. When this part is
done you will see target line on the chart.
Than choose measurement system based on where you live.
If you wish to receive reminders in order not to forget to track your weight daily, please
enable notifications ( please note, your device should be running iOS 4.0 or later to activate
